This webinar presented results from the 2016 Report Card including highlighting the new 24-Hour Guidelines, grades for each indicator, what this research means for Canadian children. The webinar also highlighted key findings, research gaps, and areas of opportunity to improve healthy active living among children and youth. Participants took away recommendations for turning research into action, including tools and resources to support the use of the Report Card and the 24-Hour Guidelines in their work.
