CDPAC 2014 focused on innovative partnerships and approaches for chronic disease prevention, including collaborative partnerships across sectors and disciplines, inclusiveness of disadvantaged populations, technological innovations, and the economics of prevention. Presenters addressed cross-cutting themes of risk factors/determinants, supportive policy, intersectoral linkages, and populations/settings.
