CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

The Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance of Canada (CDPAC) invites you to participate in the 2008 Conference being hosted in Ottawa, Ontario at the Westin Hotel (across from the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site), November 24-26, 2008.

Registration fees are as follows:

Concurrent Session/Oral Presentation/Poster Presenter   (no later than September 26, 2008)	$475	$525
Student*	$250	275

 *To be eligible for the student registration fee, the Conference requires proof of full-time registration as an undergraduate student at a Canadian post-secondary institution in a program related to Chronic Disease Prevention.
